It's not easy to stay connected while keeping physical distance, especially for folks who have limited phone and internet access. Many of our Special Session campers are in this boat.
We've created this Pen Pal program with the hope that our community will feel our love for afar.
How does it work?
If you want to start be receiving a letter, just complete the following form. If you manage a group home or similar program and have several people at the same address, please email Lindsey at lmullen@dioala.org with those names and address.
If you want to send a letter or several letters, complete this form and you'll see a link to addresses of folks who've signed up to receive a letter. If you write to someone, type your name in the blue column so we can make sure everyone who signs up gets at least one letter.
Does everyone who requests a letter get one?
We hope so! This is a decentralized, person-to-person effort, so it's hard for us to make guarantees, but if you request a letter and don't receive one within two weeks, please let us know.
